Support — a few ground rules
Support
Support runs through the inquiry form below while support staffing is being set up. A few ground rules:
- No published support hours yet. Staffing and response commitments aren't set — we won't print hours we can't staff. Every request gets a real reference and a trackable state; a human answer follows once support staffing is in place.
- Saved means saved. The receipt states distinguish "saved", "notification pending", "assigned" and "resolved". A saved request has been stored durably; it does not mean a human has read it yet. Keep your reference — you can check the state any time on the status page.
- Security reports do not go in the general queue. If you believe you've found a vulnerability, say so in the subject line and keep details minimal — reports are routed to a restricted channel, and never include credentials or exploit material in the form.
- No credentials, ever. System access for contracted work is arranged through a restricted process after a signed scope.

Send your question and keep the reference shown after it is saved. A saved request is not a confirmed appointment. Submitting this form does not reserve time and does not create a contract — a person confirms fit, scope and scheduling in writing first.
