Effective September 21, 2026. Para Investments LLC operates this site. Horizon Services LLC collects payments and handles service orders.

Information we receive

When you contact us, we receive the email address, message and other information you choose to provide. For service purchases we store the order reference, offer, amount, currency, email and payment status, plus Stripe session and payment identifiers. We use this information to respond, arrange and deliver services, handle refunds and keep transaction records.

Payment and security providers

Stripe hosts payment entry; our server does not receive or store full card numbers. Cloudflare delivers and protects this site. When human verification is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions. These providers process information under their own policies: Stripe privacy and Cloudflare privacy.

Our service stores inquiry and order records in a database on our server. Security processing includes request logs and hashed network identifiers for abuse prevention. Backups may retain records after removal from the active database.

Your choices

Inquiry consent is separate from marketing. This site does not add you to a marketing list when you buy or contact us. You can email us instead of using the form. Do not include passwords, payment card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information.

Access, correction and deletion requests

Email help@novahorizon.net to ask about your data, request a correction or request deletion. We may need to verify your identity. Transaction, dispute, security and legally required records may need to be retained; we will explain any limits when responding. Records are retained while needed for the service and these purposes.
