Both prices below are fixed. We agree the service scope and scheduling with you before work begins, and a form submission never creates a charge. See the order options below and our service and refund terms.
One Workflow, Properly Implemented
$1,250 — fixed.
- One trigger-to-result workflow, at most two supported systems.
- Up to ten delivery hours, tracked honestly.
- Retries, error handling, run/audit log, acceptance tests, runbook, handoff session.
- Approval gate built in for anything that sends money, messages or data outward.

Discovery workshop
$249 — fixed.
- Two hours with a person, for processes that aren't clear yet.
- Output: a written scope, or an honest no.
- An alternative entry point — never an extra fee stacked onto a clear project.
Payment and scheduling
The order options below collect the full fixed price as a one-time payment. Payment does not reserve a delivery date. We confirm fit, scope, and scheduling in writing — if we can't agree a scope or deliver the service, we refund your payment. Unclear on your process? Start with a fit review or the workshop.
