Service and refund terms
Effective September 21, 2026. This site is operated by Para Investments LLC. The seller and payment collector for the services below is Horizon Services LLC.
What you are buying
The service page describes the price, included work and exclusions. Payment does not reserve a specific date. We confirm fit, the written scope and scheduling with you before work begins. Hardware, third-party subscriptions and work outside that scope are not included. No recurring charge is created by a one-time service purchase.
Payment and scheduling
Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment. A return to this site is not proof of payment; we confirm payment from Stripe. Do not send card details or system credentials through our forms. If we cannot agree a scope or deliver the purchased service, we refund the payment.
Cancellation and refunds
You may request a full refund before your session or build slot is scheduled. After scheduling, cancellation arrangements and any work to be performed must be agreed in writing. If no such agreement has been made and work has not begun, you may request a full refund. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
To request help or a refund, email help@novahorizon.net with your order reference. Do not include card numbers. Refunds go to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.
Delivery
You must have permission to share information and authorize access to the systems involved. We agree acceptance criteria and a handoff appropriate to the scope. We do not promise earnings, investment returns, certifications or regulatory compliance.
