The offer is deliberately narrow: one agreed workflow, from its trigger to its result, across at most two supported systems, within up to ten delivery hours. Narrow is the point — a fixed scope can be priced, tested, and handed over.

Included in the scope
- One trigger-to-result workflow, agreed in writing before work starts.
- At most two supported systems (the scoper lists the supported categories).
- Retries, error handling and a run/audit log.
- An approval gate for anything that sends money, messages or data outward — mandatory, not optional.
- Acceptance tests, agreed before build and run at handoff.
- A runbook: how to run it, pause it, fix common failures and who to call.
- A handoff session with the person who will own it.
- Up to ten delivery hours in total, tracked honestly.
Not included — said plainly
- More than two systems, or systems outside the supported list (those start with a discovery workshop, not a build).
- Unattended money movement or unattended messages to customers or partners — never built.
- Ongoing changes, monitoring or managed operation after handoff (any future care option would be separately scoped and approved before being offered).
- Hardware, software licenses or provider fees.
- Anything that needs a marketplace, a CRM build, or a custom backend platform — we don't build those.
- Financial, legal or compliance advice about your process.
Out-of-scope requests get a real human path, not a dead end: the scoper says so explicitly, and a person answers every honest inquiry — including with a no.
